Digital Battlespace
The Challenge
ASGARD forms part of the work to create a wider digital targeting web across the UK's Armed Forces by 2027. An opportunity was identified to accelerate a set of processes and decisions through better use of data & AI - but this required rapid development and integration with current systems.

The Squarcle Solution
Squarcle was invited by The British Army’s Director Futures to embed a team within NATO’s Allied Rapid Reaction Corps (ARRC) Headquarters.
Within four weeks, the team designed and delivered a digital tooling application that visualised the Corps battlespace and accelerated planning processes. The tool allowed users to compare consumption against forecast demand, model speed, distance and time for distribution, and define optimal reorder points – ensuring critical systems and logistic supply nodes were kept supplied throughout the exercise.
Capabilities Used
- Operating Model: Rapid development and deployment of a battlespace visualisation and planning tool.
- Data & AI: Applied techniques to track demand, movement timings, and supply thresholds.
- Programme Delivery: Operated within a live HQ environment to align outputs with operational need.
The Results
-
Delivered a working digital solution in under four weeks.
-
Improved speed and accuracy of movement decisions across the battlefield.
