The Challenge
The client was reinvesting in its guidance and methodology for delivering and assuring support solutions. The programme examined current processes across all enabling organisations (EOs) and the capabilities they underpin. The resulting system needed to evaluate multiple support solution models and converge on a single, through-life approach that would work across all capabilities and all EOs.

The Squarcle Solution
- Reviewed current support solution architecture and modernised out of date or incorrect content
- Updated the methodology to ensure it reflected Industry and Integrated Logistic Support (ILS) language and standards
- Delivered numerous workshops with stakeholders to ensure all EOs, Subject Matter Experts (SME) and Policy Authors contributed to the updated support solution design tool
- Produced clear direction, guidance and training for all stakeholders to use the new support solution
- Provided a handrail for support solution design that encompassed the requirements of multiple EOs
- Updated the assurance process to adhere to government standards and map across all EOs

- One integrated system for all of the government departments EOs and industry to use
- Improved visibility of progress during solution development
- Removed gaps in coverage and included new emerging themes
- Introduced compliance and risk based assurance scoring
