Developing strategic approaches to capability management
The Challenge
Defence needed to establish new governance across the £13bn spend and 13,000 people Support function. Through the work of our people, it was decided to establish the 3* role of Chief Defence Support and Logistics (CDLS) and the Defence Support organisation (DefSp) of 600 people. Establishing the role required approval from across Defence (and the Queen).
